How do you embed a website into a facebook app?

I’m creating a facebook app and looking to embed the entire functionality of the site into the app. I’ve seen it done and apparently its very easy i cannot find any documentation outline it. Anyone know any tutorials or anything?

    to embed the application in facebook, you have to generate/pick the google api or facebook api which provides you the facility to embed the application.
